▶ Oral Presentation
To engage participants in meaningful sessions for the exploration of scientific advancements, the conference includes several parallel sessions. Each session contains about 10 presentations, speakers or participants need to adhere to the following instructions and guidelines. 1. Time Allocation

Notes:
a. The total allotted time includes 3-5 minutes for Q&A.
b. All presenters are requested to reach the session room prior to the schedule time.
c. Presenters should rehearse their presentations in advance to make sure they complete the presentation during the time slot. A reminder will be given by the session chair when 3 minutes are left.
d. No commercial advertisements are allowed during the presentation.
2. Technical Information
1) Laptops equipped with Windows 10, Office 365 English (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Adobe Reader.2) LCD projectors, Screens, Laser pointers and Microphones.
3) Presentations (PowerPoint or PDF) should include figures and tables; slides consisting solely of plain text are discouraged.
4) Speakers should have their presentation data ready in a memory stick and copy it to the laptop in the session room about 15 minutes before the start time; Please also upload the final version of the PPT files via the online submission system at least 2 weeks before the conference begins.
5) All speakers should inform the Session Chair (before the start of your Session) that you are ready.
3. Speaker Standards
Speakers Attire: Speakers are strongly encouraged to dress in business formals during presentations. Speakers should be highly knowledgeable and experts in their presentation field to engage the audience effectively. All communications should be in English, and no other language is acceptable.Presentation Skills: Presentation would definitely be a topic of importance during conference session. Speakers should rehearse well in advance for the successful presentation with time management.
No commercial Advertisement: No commercial advertisements are allowed during the session.
4. About the Best Presentation
1) One Best Oral Presenter will be selected from the regular oral presentations in each oral session. Invited presentations will not be included in this selection process.2) The Best Oral Presenter will receive an official certificate and complimentary registration to the WRE 2026.
3) Based on the actual conditions, the Conference Chair reserves the right to make the final determination in the selection of the Best Oral Presentation.

For the convenience of listeners, the basic information about the speaker is highly appreciated. As long as the registration is finished and the presentation type is confirmed, please inform the conference secretary the following information:1) Research interests
